Although I don't personally do parkour, I think that parkour/freerunning is totally awesome.

I definitely aspire to some day being a traceur(es)...at some point in my life. *sigh*

I just need to get on the ball and start training. Stupid winter is never a great motivation.
Oh well, I think I'd actually be OK at it (if I would ever get arm strength) as my leg strength is better than average...Irish Dancing helps there.

My goal is to start jogging/running and then do a bit of rock climbing to build up arm strength without the extreme bore of lifting weights.

Cool. It isn't alot of arm strength really its more about momentum. It requires a little arm strength though. And as for you running did you think about running in the morning when it is cold and while running you warm up.

Well...problem with running to warm up...is that I do. Quickly. Meaning that I sweat. Sweat that then chills me.
A vicious cycle.
Thanks for the info on momentum! Gives me hope. But I'm still gonna work on arm strength a bit as currently, I'm on the verge of negative arm strength ^_^

If you want that code to work you will need to close the first part of the code. And I think that was the wrong way to post it here. We have a link option. It should be url, so yeah, that should help you out.

And to get that to work in html i simple. just add these

Code: Select all

 <a href=http://www.blognow.com.au/turquoisebeads9/>arizona turquoise beads></a>
<a href=http://turquoisebeads9.blogoweb.com/>carved turquoise beads></a>
<a href=http://turquoisebeads9.blogr.com/>turquoise carved round beads></a>
<a href=http://turquoisebeads9.blogsarena.com/>dyed turquoise beads></a>
<a href=http://turquoisebeads9.criticalbridge.com/ >mesh bracelet with turquoise beads></a>

Read over your code, and compare it with the edited version, and see what's different.
