Ahh, I reckon that could be a pretty awesome movie, semitra! I havn't read Coraline, but Tim Burton turned that into a movie and it was originally by Neil Gaiman - it's a pretty great movie, and scary too! I reckon "Neverwhere" by Gaiman *could* be a good movie, but it'd have to be dark and gritty. Probably just better as a graphic novel.

I read somewhere it was Henry Selick that directed Coraline. But still I've heard that its a good movie so I'll need to see it some time.

I just finished reading The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman and I think it would be an amazing movie. It's about a living boy raised by ghosts in a cemetery. Tim Burton could adapt it, if possible.
I agree - I don´t believe that anything by Burton and Gaiman could go wrong. =D

well i dont know which books belong on screen, but since you're asking, i guess
i'd like to see leviathan by scott westerfield as a movie.
it would be hard to make the darwinist factions look real with CGI.

I think The Devouring or Soulstice by Simon Holt would make a nice B-grade horror movie.

And AF, or course.

I'm not a fan of books being turned into movies; however, The Compound and sequel would do very well in the box office.

I really want to see the Queen's Thief series by Meghan Whalen Turner! And, of course, Artemis Fowl. And the Lunar Chronicles! That would be soooo cool!

Ooh, do you mean the Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer? Because yeah, it would be awesome to have those as a movie. As long as they don't change it from the books too much, which I'm worried about every time a book I like might become a movie.
I said you were smart, Mud Boy. I was wrong; are exceptional.—Qwan
Which do you think seems more suspicious? An alien-looking craft hovering in the yard of a country home, or a floating doorway with a centaur standing in it?—Domovoi Butler
We can only change the future, not the past or present.—Artemis Fowl II
I'm trying to care, Artemis. But I thought it was all supposed to be over when the fat lady sings. Well, she's singing, but it doesn't appear to be over.—Holly Short

Oh, I need to read the Lunar Chronicles. X3 We have those books at the store I work at and someone recommended them to me, and they sound pretty awesome. (I have such a long list of stuff I want to read. Right now I'm on Brian Greene, and I still need to read The Kill Order [from the Maze Runner series]. So much to read, but my time keeps getting eaten up others things, dangit. X3)

What I'd like to see turned into a movie more than anything (besides Artemis Fowl of course) is the Animorphs series. They made a few episodes of a television series a long time ago, which was pretty neat (the morphing was cool, and I liked the actors they chose), but overall the effects such as the andalites were pretty low-budget. I would love to see the first book made into a movie, or even better, all the books as a television series. (If the graphics were half as well done as in Once Upon a Time, I would probably cry for joy.)
“After all, absolutely no one can help but suspect a criminal, liar, and manipulator of committing crimes, lying, and manipulating. And of course, no one is more aware of that simple fact than Artemis Fowl.”

Opal sets into motion her most diabolical scheme yet, to frame Artemis and turn his closest friends against him. Only this time she has a new calculating partner who knows Artemis better than he knows himself. [An Artemis Fowl fanfiction, set after The Atlantic Complex.]
