In terms of movies I've seen, there's two that immediately come to mind.
Eragon: Okay, this one's a given. Very different from the original book, the acting was a little off, and yeah, it was just awkward. I mean, if they actually went forward with a sequel like the ending hinted at, they could have redeemed it. But they decided not to, so now we'll never knooooooow. *floats into oblivion*
Legend: Oh good golly, where do I even begin? Okay, so take already horrible fantasy tropes of the 80s, combine with jazzy 80s pop music, then add dialogue and a story that literally is like a 13-year-old boy is telling a story with his four-year-old sister's help. Hey we have this intense prison/dungeon scene. Don't forget the glitter! And the bubbles! Oh my word, this movie was such a trip. I had to watch it for my Fantasy Lit class and 0/10, would only ever watch again if drunk and to laugh at it.
And I will absolutely say that, while I haven't seen the whole movie, The Room is hands down the most cringe-worthy film ever produced. Just, I've seen clips of it... *shudders* That's literally all I will ever need to see.

"God is our refuge and strength, an ever present help in trouble."
