POTC? I'm feeling slow today.

EDIT: About 5 seconds after posting this I worked out it was Pirates Of The Caribbean. Sorry. Today is not my day.

I remember when I first came on the computer (and we're talking several years ago now), and there were all these abbrviations WUU2, gtg, brb, kthxbai (simple once you know, but just staring at it with no clue makes it look foreign) and I was so confused. At last I found a sympathetic friend who told all. And now if I come across anything familiar I google it, or work it out.

I'm actually happy I'm not the only one whith that issue.
Anyway, (which I completly forgot to put as one of my favorite books) I love to read Jodi Picoult books. They're crazy good and very unpredictable.

The Vampire Academy series. (No, don't cringe, don't let Twilight prevent you from reading an awesome book)
It's really good!!

Also, Percy Jackson and The Olympians is pretty awesome......I'll think of more later.

Vampire Academy? The one where I read the first chapter and it was 2 non-proper-vampires-but-I-don't-know-what-exactly sleeping with each other, and this other girl reading her thoughts while she was doing it (which for the record were something like "Yeah, Oh, Yeah, That feels so good Christian")?
Personally I found it a bit creepy.

Anyway. I have all these books I love (I've just read The Princess Bride and all I can say is - FEZZIK WILL YOU BE MY BABYSITTER FOREVER? YOU ARE EPIC-NESS'S ESSENSE.) but I don't really have a 'favourite book'. Just a whole long list :lick:
(To throw something out there: Not a Penny more, not a penny less by Jeffery Archer had such an amazing plotline XD)

^ Um, I think you read the first chapter of book 2. Trust me, you managed to start with the worst chapter possible :p

I read the Da Vinci Code last, loved it!! Deception Point by Dan Brown was good too!

I love Deception Point! It was so good!

umm. I have a new series that I want to add to my list of favorites (and it's going to sound so cliched to you guys), but Percy Jackson is so awesome. So, yeah.

Nuh-uh! It's not cliche! Percy J is way awesome, love his sense of humour! Lol I'm not toooooo excited about the new book because its not from Percy's POV :p

The Hunger Games trilogy, anyone? It's one of my faves, and I'm expecting a roar of response.

It is, it is. Imagine a future where the government forces kids to fight to the death - yearly, and in live television. Intriguing, no?
