*reads* *gulps* Actually this might not be such a great idea. I'm very hard pressed for time. But I'll try. In the event that I find it difficult to commit to these awards I would like to pass them on to voldy92. If voldy finds it hard then........voldy, I don't suppose you are free?

oops, faulty link. But anyway, it just had everyone proposing dates they would be available and then a poll was made to see when the most members could come.

We could have it at 3(est):
3 to 5 pm in NY,
12pm to 2pm in SF,
9 to 11 pm in Paris and
6 to 8 am in Sydney

I'm sorry but I can't take the responsibility of the awards. They clash exactly with my exams and I might not even come on during those days.

I'm very sorry! I instead, pass the responsibility on to voldy92.

The 10th? Ok, but no guarrantees on that video. Schedule just threw up more events than a drunk man in an infested bar. But I like the date. Tuesday. Done. Are the winners announced on the 20th, or a couple of days after?

If you need a bit of a hand relieving some of the stress on this, you can call on me. I will be able to do *some* tally work between 4-00pm and 9-00pm MY TIME (GMT+13) via email ONLY (or IM if I am available).

In regards to voldy leaving, why don't we just state the truth? "soryy, as our key graphics artist is going to be away, the release of the names will be delayed for a couple of days. Don't worry, because when he's back, the awards cerimony will be that much more awesome!", or along the lines.
