MR would be Maximum Ride. The new book, Fang, comes out on March 15. I'm pretty stoked.

Yes, Lois H. Gresh is the author and it apparently comes out May 1, 2010 according to Borders.

Perhaps they're not sure if it's transformative enough. Wasn't there a Harry Potter guide that was sued out of existence for having too much material from the books and not enough substance of its own?
