Judging from the Wish List and some of his videos, I think he's probably Christian of some denomination, he just doesn't take it extremely seriously, most of the time at least.

I thought about religion after reading AC. I wondered if anything would come up in LG, but nothing did. I still don't know why the fairies don't just make a giant rocket in a chute, get all the fairies on it, then blast their way to Mars or something. Surely Foaly has come up with something like that, I mean the whole series they complain about human (we need complaining about) so why don't they just remove themselves.

there was alot of religion in the wish list
i was reading and St. peter comes up and i had nooooooooooo idea who that guy was until later.

still it was very... creative? i dont know if anyone considers those life stones true or if that was eoin's creation, also i got mixed up with satin's helper and all those levels and limbo and those jobs -.-. i got soooo confused!

but still i liked it. i reaaallly liked the part about the step dad, he was such a *peeeeeeeep* it just felt very realistic to me (my dad was upset with me at the time so i was like: someone feels with me!)

in the other books, i didnt really notice anything about religion, not much. except stuff about frond. who is that guy anyway!?
oh, and how the fairies say, "oh gods." didnt really catch my attention until now. seems like they have 'gods' ----> plural.

what else?... i think eoins a christian anyway. i dont know many religions and dont know much about the ones i do know. and i usually just ignore those religious thingies but the wish list reaaally caught my attention. i had to re-read a few chapters several times to get what eoin was talking about. :lick:

yup, someone said here that Colfer mentioned being catholic in an interview, but he doesn't take his religion too siereously. The wishlist is definently really religious- although not in a missionary way- which is a refreshing change. in other books there are mostly small references to religion.
I started reading Airman today, and there was this character of a french guy who seems to be very religious and super-stitious.
