By the way, is it okay if we do a more "writerly" approach to this? Like, setting it up almost as the beginning of a story, and then opening it up so people can join? That's kind of what I had in mind, but I've never written one before, so I don't know if they're actually like that or not.
You have two weeks. The challenge is to write up your own role-play, complete with detailed information about the type of world it is set in, the customs/way of life of the people there, what is the issue/problem that is going to drive the role-play etc. Your idea should be exciting, interesting and make people feel as if they want to join this role-play. Though we want to see detail, there should also be enough room for the story to develop, for things to emerge about characters and the society/world.
