Man, let's see. I'd go with:
-Hot Fuzz
-Pan's Labyrinth
-Little Miss Sunshine
-Real Genius

But there are really so many great movies out there, it's hard to chose. Real Genius is probably at the very top (though literally it is at the bottom). I mean, how awesome is popcorn, explosions, and ice?

My favorite movie is an obscure one. It's called MirrorMask, and it's written by my favorite author, Neil Gaiman, and the art in it is done by his visual counterpart, Dave McKean.

MirrorMask follows the story of a girl named Helena, who lives in a circus, but desperately wants to run away and join Real Life. When she discovers that her mother has a serious health problem, she wakes up one night in a world filled with her own drawings, and an anti-her filling her space in the real world.

The drawing world has two sides: The City of Light, and the City of Darkness, and a conflict has always lasted between the two. Recently, however, the White Queen has fallen ill, and is in a deep sleep that no one can seem to wake her up with. It is said that the one thing that can wake her up is a charm--The MirrorMask, though just what that is is unclear. Meanwhile, the City of Darkness, and the Dark Queen are getting ever closer, and it seems that the only one willing to go after the MirrorMask is Helena, and her newfound friend, Valentine. Can they find the MirrorMask, and wake the White Queen before it's too late? And will Helena ever escape back into her normal life?

It's visually stunning, at times funny, and dark, with the type of plot that only Neil Gaiman could have crafted. It reminds me a bit of Coraline, that type of creepiness, brought to life with the illustrations and visual effects of Dave McKean.

My absolute favorite movie of all time is The Butterfly Effect.

I also like though, The Matrix and Just Friends.
Just Friends changes though, sometimes it's one of my favorite movies, other times it's not. I guess that it just depends on my mood.

I think..hmm...

I'll separate animation from non-animation, as I can't choose between the two.

For animation, it's got to be Wall-E. It was a spectacular production, and I really liked it. Then, it'd have to followed up by Finding Nemo probably, and the rest are all great...but I wouldn't consider them favorites.

For non-animation...this one is tough...hmm...The Dark Knight...Forrest Gump...the Departed...Blood Diamond. A lot come to mind. And I can't put them in order, because best lists are illogical. SO.....I guess The Dark Knight is possibly the best one I have seen so far.

Another of my favorites is Donnie Darko. It's quite a good movie, but you might have to have my friend Kelly there to explain it to you. Because she's seen it like ten million times and actually knows what's going on.

No question about it. "The Birdcage" with Nathan Lane and Robin Williams rocks hardcore. I've seen it over a dozen times and still get a kick out of it.

I have my favorite movies split into two categories: animated and live-action. There is no other category, not really, unless musicals are its own category.

For animated, in no particular order:
Ratatouille
Finding Nemo
The Emperor's New Groove
Mulan
Pocahontas

For live-action, top five favorites in order:
1. Pirates of the Caribbean!!! (all three)
2. The Ultimate Gift
3. The Truman Show
4. National Treasure 1 (the second sucked)
5. Remember the Titans

I also like the musical Newsies. I love the songs!

What does that mean? If you're talking about book vs. movie, then definitely the book. The movies suck!

Oh, I totally forgot about another animated movie that I love: Monsters Inc!!!! That movie is hysterical!
