Maple Smoked Cheddar, huh? That's interesting. I'm a bit skeptical, I'll admit, because I'm a big Swiss girl.
As for favorite types of cheese... mozarella and feta are up there as well. And plain old American cheese isn't so bad either (just as long as it's properly melted...).
