I did once...no. It just doesn't work. They can't really do blood, so they give it a go, and Frond, does it not work, so they take it out and the character appears to take an arrow in the chest and die without blood. It just doesn't work.
You can't have an animated round-faced
without blood. It would just not have the heart-jerking sadness and emotion it needs - I cried so much reading that scene! If they did it, it'd have to be all sharp angles like Clone Wars
in 2008. And let's face it (well, I have to face it anyway), it didn't work amazingly well when someone was injured in that.
Plus, running in animation, whether 3D or 2D, doesn't work. It REALLY doesn't. Technically, the movements are only the slightest bit wrong, but it really does not work.
Airman HAS to be live-action.
